Sr. VP, Client Services:

As part of the executive team, they are responsible for leading and enhancing our Client Service capabilities and building lasting partnerships with clients. This strategic media professional must be a strong collaborator able to guide their team of account professionals in developing and integrating campaign solutions across the organization that delivers better business results for clients.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in advertising campaign planning, marketing measurement, and integrated media solutions across multiple platforms of current and emerging media. This leader should have a strong focus on analytics as well as the ability to leverage data to create meaningful and actionable insights supporting client outcomes. They should be a creative thinker able to bring innovative ideas forward and be seen as a go-to strategic partner by their clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with executive leadership to establish short and long-term team/agency objectives
  • Provide leadership/guidance to the Client Service team in retention and development of all agency clients
  • Build relationships with senior clients to ensure stability, gain strategic insight, and allow for direct feedback; help team to anticipate and identify client needs, concerns, and challenges while ensuring meaningful and relevant responsiveness
  • Promote an analytical rigor in measuring and optimizing client results. Guide the team in developing usable insights that can add value to the clients’ business
  • Guide Client Service team in career learning and skills development. Cultivate a team spirit of collaboration, inquisitiveness, innovation, and problem-solving

Media Planning Supervisor:

Responsibilities of the Media Planning Supervisor consist of managing all day-to-day media planning activities associated with assigned accounts. Primarily they will provide media plan recommendations and offer practical problem-solving while developing and maintaining strong client relationships. They will oversee preparations of media plans and other deliverables, as well as supervise media plan implementation. They are expected to work with other team members to move the organization forward by providing thorough planning, stewardship, and innovative solutions. Training junior staff members industry best practices is also essential to this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee execution of media plans from inception to completion
  • Effective client-facing and presentation skills
  • Ability to work multiple projects with concurrent deadlines through effective account management

Media Analyst:

The Media Analyst works within our Analytics department to provide client reporting for several account teams across traditional and online media. The reports—many dashboards—are geared to provide visualization for decision-support and valuable insight to the account teams and clients to guide media optimization recommendations and to help inform strategic account direction. They are expected to work with team members to move the organization forward through research, new data or metrics, or other analytic based opportunities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Media Analyst will be responsible for maintaining weekly and monthly reports across several key client accounts. It is expected that the Media Analyst will become an expert at the
  • Preparing and analyzing data from a variety of sources including Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook, DoubleClick for Advertisers.
  • Seek incremental improvement on existing processes to help drive more timely and accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Manage custom analytic requests and report process flow and provide ongoing support to agency planning teams on media performance, data, and tools

  • Experience working with an ad server, DoubleClick, Atlas, Mediamind, etc.

Search Engine Marketing Specialist:

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital media, specifically search engine marketing. He/she is a self-starter, go-getter, and willing to learn on the job, as well as proactively share knowledge with team members. The person fulfilling this position requires the ability to work under pressure while having multiple responsibilities and tight deadlines. Staying up-to-date with the latest SEM technologies, techniques, trends and best practices is fundamental.  Attention to detail is mission critical.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the search space
  • Strategically build, manage, and optimize search engine marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and make statistically stable/relevant optimizations & recommendations
  • Closely monitor search performance and spend levels
  • Report performance data and supply analysis to improve performance
  • Lend insight into the optimization of client landing pages
  • Build out and manage media orders per client approved flowchart
  • Reconcile orders and update flowchart accordingly
  • Coordinate with account specific AE’s on flowchart updates and media pacing
  • Perform market research, trend and competitive analysis, as well as provide views on emerging technologies & marketing opportunities
  • Analyze online data using various analytical tools to uncover trends as well as provide insight that will maximize search marketing efforts
  • Manage and grow Direct Response campaigns, optimizing to goal Cost Per Action/ Conversion volume
  • Use statistically stable/relevant data to make optimizations and client recommendations
  • Forecast budgets, campaign size, and conduct keyword research
  • Utilize bid-management platform (Marin Software) to run campaigns
  • Provide support for other areas of marketing as needed

Account Coordinator

This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of ad agency or project management experience. Account Coordinator responsibilities are comprised of executing and managing a variety of tasks on behalf of our client’s media efforts. Their primary role is to assist Account Executives in the research, planning, and execution of media plans. Responsibilities will vary in scope depending on the specific account assignments but will likely include some of the following:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning/buying of television, radio, print, outdoor, and digital media for our national and regional clients
  • Communicate with vendors to gather information on pricing, deadlines, materials specs, etc.
  • Create insertion orders to secure media placements
  • Develop/maintain timelines and closing-date-calendars for ad materials
  • Receive and log tear sheets
  • Reconcile invoices and address some billing issues
  • Assist in all media and consumer research for plan development
    • Syndicated sources
    • Proprietary tools
  • Maintain campaign flowcharts and budgets
  • Execute data mapping and analysis
  • Participate in developing presentations for new business
  • Establish and maintain strong agency relationships
  • Collaborate with the internal teams on joint projects and cooperatively work with the Account Executive team
