Mediassociates was founded in 1996 by Scott Brunjes, a radio expert frustrated by the lack of options for defining advertising’s impact. Since then, media tools and technology have changed, but our obsession for media innovation linked to robust measurement remains. Today, we’re one of the country’s most successful independent media agencies and proud to be recognized as an Adweek Fastest Growing Agency.

INITIATIVES

With great success comes great responsibility. Beyond our work, it’s important for us to make a larger impact on our people, locally and globally. Here are a few of the projects and initiatives we support:

The Village Project

Mediassociates, in partnership with World Vision, is a sponsor of the Village Project, which brings essential clean water infrastructure and economic opportunity to rural villages in Honduras. Each year the agency sends teams of six to eight employees to Honduras to meet their new friends and check on progress.

Mediassociates Women Empowerment Initiative (MAWEI)

Our women leaders at Mediassociates founded MAWEI with the goal of investing in opportunities that promote the empowerment, equality, and success of all women. MAWEI has partnered with nonprofits to help women in Afghanistan and Ukrainian refugees. In our local community, we work with a women’s shelter center to help women escape domestic violence and empower themselves toward better lives.

Project 47 Pledge

Mediassociates is a signatory member of the Project 47 Pledge, an advertising agency initiative dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusiveness for LGBTQ+ employees. Our agency executives provide one-on-one career mentoring for LBGTQ+ team members.

Mediassociates Philanthropy Project (MAPP)

This Mediassociates initiative provides a platform for our team to self-direct and engage in community-based projects, from local food banks to youth facilities. Also, we provide all employees up to a week off for community service projects.
